I have just tried to connect to your torrent site. But seems that China Telecom has blocked your site's url... Are you using some DDNS services to build up your site? If so, I recommend you to change to use another one... Since most of US's DDNS services has been block by China Gov. due to some special reason...

hm..his site is weird...I can't connect either....It's not being blocked I think because I can ping it....maybe he has just denied access to the server ....

Well actually this site is down for months now, it only stayed alive for about 2-3 months only. You can ping because the domain name is still valid.
