Download and install Alcohol 120% from
http://www.alcohol-soft.com/ Open the program.
Click on File -> Image Burning Wizard (or press Ctrl + B)
Click "Browse" to find the image you wish to burn.
Once you have located the image you wish to burn, press OK, then click Next.
Leave the settings the way they are. You should not need to change any of the settings, except possibly the burn speed. You need to set burn speed to 8x. Anything burned faster than 8x might not work properly in your Dreamcast. If it is not possible to select 8x, then please select the lowest possible speed.
Click "Start"
