gRIlOCK PSX-ISO License Tool

This tool will add the correct license and territorial information to a PlayStation ISOimage.
Instructions for use:
1. Press the Browse... button to select the ISO File to patch.
2. Type in the message to appear on the boot screen.
3. Press the License button.
Note: This tool will not defeat the copyprotection of the PlayStation!
Thanks for Jihad of Hitmen for releasing Hitlice, the first tool to show how it was possible to fix the PSX cds.
